early this morning.

after a quick and convenient run to the last full show of war of the worlds last night to which i give an a-/b+, i decided to delve through my closet in the wee hours of the morning. i stumbled upon shoeboxes and shoeboxes of aged letters, as far back as second grade, to be exact. i began perusing through each box in which letters are segragated in chronoligical order according to the year they were written and neatly tucked into ziplocs. i settled on reading every single letter instead of just admiring elementary penmanship. some made me teary-eyed and some just outright urged me to purchase a round-trip plane ticket to the philippines and maul those girls. cliques in an all-girls catholic school is a drama club and a half. others brought me to a hysterical, blissful burst of laughter due to poor grammar. hey, we all confused our verb tenses in second grade. the highlight of this insomniac and spontaneous act of mine was finding mold-infested, age-old pictures. kidding about the mold infestation. it's amusing how a person evolve mentally, spiritually, and without a doubt, physically. take this little girl for an example.
